How does
the gift card work?
Choose a value from 20€ to 250€.
You can easily purchase the card at the Polus information desk from 10:00 to 18:00.
The recipient can use it at selected outlets in our centre. The card can be used multiple times until there is no remaining balance.
You can find a list of stores where you can redeem your gift card you.
Card Validity
The validity of the gift card is 12 months from the date of purchase. After the validity period, the balance on the card cannot be refunded or extended.

Important information
Once the gift card expires, any remaining balance can no longer be used and is non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be combined into a single new card. Payments using the gift card are processed via the magnetic stripe. The gift card’s value cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, you may request that the remaining balance be transferred to a new gift card at the shopping centre by presenting a receipt or other proof of purchase that includes the card’s TOKEN number. A 5 € fee will apply for issuing a replacement gift card. If the card is damaged due to magnetization or similar issues, the replacement will be issued free of charge. If the gift card is lost or stolen, it can be blocked at the shopping centre’s information desk by providing the TOKEN number of the card.
