How does
the gift card work?
Choose a value from 20€ to 250€.
You can easily purchase the card at the Polus information desk from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The recipient can use it at selected outlets in our centre. The card can be used multiple times until there is no remaining balance.
You can find a list of stores where you can redeem your gift card you.
Card Validity
The validity of the gift card is 12 months from the date of purchase. After the validity period, the balance on the card cannot be refunded or extended.

Important information
Once the gift card expires, you will not be able to use the remaining balance. You are not entitled to a refund of the gift card balance. Two or more gift cards cannot be combined into one new gift card. Payment with a gift card is processed via the magnetic stripe. The value of the gift card cannot be paid out or exchanged for cash. In case of loss, theft, or damage to the gift card, you can request the transfer of the current financial balance to a new gift card at the shopping center upon presentation of the receipt or other proof of purchase with the TOKEN number of the card. A fee of €5 will be deducted from the balance for issuing a replacement gift card. In case of demagnetization or other damage to the gift card, issuing a new gift card is free of charge. In case of loss or theft, the gift card can be blocked at the shopping center's information desk. You only need to have the TOKEN number of the lost gift card.
